convenient access distinct charm responsive staff
The location provided convenient access to key attractions. I could walk almost everywhere. the hotel had a distinct charm, a quality i really adore. the staff were helpful and quick to respond to all my needs.
The air conditioning system did not fully respond to adjustments. It was sometimes difficult to maintain a consistently comfortable temperature

prime location helpful staff delicious breakfast
the location was prime. the staff at reception was very helpful. breakfast was delicious. i liked that there was a hot alternative available each morning, it gave a nice start to the day.
the mini bar was overpriced. i decided to skip it completely. drinks elsewhere had better value.

faulty air conditioning overpriced mini bar
The air conditioning didn't work properly. the room was quite warm, and i couldn't adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. also, the mini bar prices were excessive. I felt discouraged from using it at all. that was disappointing considering the hotel's reputation.

cute staff helpful staff great location many choices
The staff was very cute and helpful throughout my stay. I had a Bijoux room on one of the upper floors. The location is close to many galleries and shops. The breakfast included many choices.
The mini bar in the room has high prices , so I chose not to use it.

excellent staff top floor suite hot alternative
the staff was excellent and very cute. we had a suite at the top floor, it was amazing. breakfast offered a good variety, with plenty of choice. also there was a hot alternative, which i found useful.
the air conditioning in my room didn't respond when i tried to lower the temperature. the hotel was too hot for me. the minibar prices were very high so i didn't use it. the bar was also very expensive.
