mixed feelings about this stay
cramped bathroom manual shower
the bathroom felt quite cramped. the shower fixture was one of those handheld ones that you have to adjust yourself. i expect more in a so-called five-star place. also, the breakfast area seemed too small for the number of guests

enchanting interlude
comfy robes clean room
the location is wonderful near the beautiful stadtpark. the robes and slippers are comfy creating a sense of home! i found my room very clean. elevators were fast. i liked everything.
the hotel is not new. i could hear corridor noise through the old doors.

the staff was helpful without exception. i found the bell captains wonderful, always ready to assist with luggage and transport. front desk staff was efficient for every request!

Breakfast offered many choices. Everyone will find something for themselves. coffee was particularly good! the pastry shop on the ground floor offered delicious treats. the bar service was excellent.

Fantastic Location and Comfy Rooms!
fantastic location comfy robes fast elevators
The location is fantastic. It made getting around easy. I enjoyed the very comfy robes and slippers provided. They added a nice touch! The elevators were fast, which I appreciated in such a large hotel.
The coffee shop did not open early enough, so getting a morning coffee before exploring the city was hard.

The breakfast had a lavish selection with great ingredients and fantastic pastries. The food was AMAZING!!! I especially loved seeing young chefs showing passion at the stations.

The staff know their stuff and are courteous and professional. I felt very welcomed! The bellboy was helpful. I appreciated his assistance with my luggage.

The hotel is very near to the city center. I found it convenient. Plus, it is just across the road from the underground station. Tram lines are only a short walk away.
