The location was acceptable, close to the opera house.

The room felt SMALL. I had practically NO space to place my suitcase, quite inconvenient. There were also no coffee facilities, which I really missed. I expected more given the price.

The location was really good! it was super close to the opera house. Amazing. the staff were friendly, i must say. the lobby bar being open until late was a bonus for a nightcap.

The room was too small for my liking. breakfast was okay, but the coffee was horrible. Burnt. they really need to improve their coffee game!

The room lacked basic amenities. I found no tea or coffee facilities. there wasn't a chair either, which i found quite inconvenient. also, there was practically no space to put my suitcase, other than on the bed, made moving around the room a real challenge.

The hotel is in a PERFECT location, close to the opera house. The staff was very helpful when I needed to scan documents for insurance after my wallet was stolen. I always like the lounge. It has nice staff and ambiance.

My room did not have air conditioning. This was a significant inconvenience.
