small space no coffee facilities
The location was acceptable, close to the opera house.
The room felt SMALL. I had practically NO space to place my suitcase, quite inconvenient. There were also no coffee facilities, which I really missed. I expected more given the price.

The location was really good! it was super close to the opera house. Amazing. the staff were friendly, i must say. the lobby bar being open until late was a bonus for a nightcap.
The room was too small for my liking. breakfast was okay, but the coffee was horrible. Burnt. they really need to improve their coffee game!

adequate stay with shortcomings

small room questionable cleaning
location was central to main attractions, it made exploring easy.
the room size was far too small for comfort. i found cleaning wasnt up to standards, with hair found in various places. the lack of space and questionable cleanliness impacted my experience.

missing chair inconvenient room
the location was acceptable near public transportation.
The room lacked basic amenities. I found no tea or coffee facilities. there wasn't a chair either, which i found quite inconvenient. also, there was practically no space to put my suitcase, other than on the bed, made moving around the room a real challenge.

The location proved ideal near the metro. It made exploring simple. Late night dining was easily accessible. I enjoyed the hotel bar. It was open at all hours.

Central Stay near the Opera

great location helpful staff nice ambiance
The hotel is in a PERFECT location, close to the opera house. The staff was very helpful when I needed to scan documents for insurance after my wallet was stolen. I always like the lounge. It has nice staff and ambiance.
My room did not have air conditioning. This was a significant inconvenience.

This location is really good. It is just one block from the Staatsoper. Many cafes, like Sacher and Mozart, are close by. Everything felt closer than it looked on the map. I walked everywhere.
