the room design was amazing!!! first quality products and services were available. the minibar was fully included. apple tv was integrated with the room tv. the complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.
the room was slightly dark, requiring additional lighting sometimes.

the staff was helpful and caring. they let us use the spa early and gave us a late checkout. the room had many extras, like toothbrushes and bath salts. the tv had many english channels and casting was easy! a sleep kit came with moisturizers and ear plugs.

The breakfast view from the top floor was excellent. I found the location perfect, close to underground stations. The room was very clean , a detail I always notice.
The front desk phone often went unanswered. Getting assistance required calling from outside the hotel. The hostess staff at the rooftop restaurant seemed unfriendly.

Really good Hotel Experience

The breakfast view from the 18th floor was very nice, showcasing the city. I found the bed and pillows comfortable, contributing to restful nights. Anousha provided a friendly check-in and remained helpful . I appreciated the Das Loft restaurant. It is a true standout.
I found that the room could have used a bit more lighting. It was somewhat dark for my preference.
