attentive staff fresh fruit perfect sauna

I found the hotel staff particularly attentive. They secured opera tickets for us when they were supposedly sold out. the breakfast was magnificent.. beautifully presented with fresh fruit and smoked salmon. a visit to the spa with its saunas was perfect after my long flight.

the single bottle of complimentary water provided upon arrival was rather limited.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's aesthetics, but some issues arose . The minibar items crowded the limited storage space. This made it difficult to store my personal belongings. Despite requesting coffee service multiple times, the cups were not consistently replaced.

the location is good, close to local attractions. a spar store is just at the corner. the staff were friendly and handled requests well. the subway station is also a short walk away.

i received only one complimentary bottle of water. the superior room had drab decor. poor lighting and a lamp that did not work were also present.
