efficient check-in friendly staff water kettle large shower

the check-in was efficient and the staff were friendly. i found a water kettle with tea and coffee in the room. the large shower was a definite plus for me. i also liked the location as i could easily walk to the city center.

i noticed the towels were not very large.

Really good stay was great

helpful staff soft pillows

the staff were wonderfully helpful. they provided details on local attractions and directions! the room was clean with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the in-room coffee area and the soft pillows for a restful sleep.

the hotel did not have mini fridges in the rooms, inconvenient. I wanted to store some drinks and snacks, but I was told this was due to local restrictions. hopefully this policy will change in the future.

the hotel provided a safe, so i felt secure leaving my belongings. there IS a coffee area equipped with pods and a kettle for tea, which allowed me to enjoy hot beverages in my room.

the breakfast was EXCELLENT I must say. It offered many options. The room was also a great size for me. I was also happy with the location it was very close to attractions.

the room was really small. I only had one chair to sit. the bed could only be accessed from the foot.
