central location public transport rooftop bar slippery bathtub hard bed soft pillows
The location was very central. It was close to public transport, very convenient. Breakfast was fine with a standard hotel fare. The rooftop bar had views over the city.
The bathtub was slippery for showers, and the glass door leaked. The bed was hard. The pillows were too soft. I learned I could have asked for a mattress topping though.

perfect spot in the city center
central location easy access great breakfast
i stayed at this hotel for five nights and adored its central location near stephenplatz it made accessing attractions very easy the breakfast offered a great start to each day i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room it was super clean upon arrival and kept that way throughout my visit
the pillows provided were too soft for my liking this resulted in some discomfort during the night and i had to request an extra pair a firmer option would have enhanced my sleep quality

the hotel boasts an amazing location right next to st stephen's cathedral allowing for immediate access to major landmarks it's also conveniently near the metro station ensuring smooth travel throughout the area plus it is very close to great shopping areas

the hotel provides complimentary wifi ensuring seamless connectivity for all guests they also provide a tea and coffee machine in each room which is great the staff is helpful and kind so requests are handled efficiently and courteously

helpful staff convenient location
The staff was helpful with local activity suggestions. They really were pretty good several times to accommodate us. The location has unparalleled convenience as it is right next to the metro and many dining spots. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay.
The room showed some wear and tear. The bed was a little uncomfortable. I think the hotel needs to upgrade the beds to improve guest experience.

The location is really good near the cathedral. The breakfast buffet featured honeycomb and many choices. Staff were very helpful at the reception.

Mixed feelings about this stay
outdated bathroom uncomfortable bed
the location was indeed central providing easy access to many attractions and public transport links nearby
the room felt dated the bathroom seemed like it had not been updated in decades the shower design resulted in water leaking all over the floor after each use i found this inconvenient and it detracted from the overall quality of the stay furthermore the bed was uncomfortably firm affecting sleep quality
