Really good Service and Clean Rooms

The staff was very friendly and responsible. The rooms were spacious and clean (I really appreciated that). Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to each day. I left some items behind and they helped to send it back to me, and I am so grateful for that extra effort.
The floors creaked, and the shower's water flow was low, a little inconvenient.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I felt they addressed my needs promptly and efficiently (always with a smile!). The reception area was quaint and cute.

The room was spacious with lovely cotton bedlinen. A little kitchenette was included, and this made self-catering easy. A single duvet each on the beds was a nice touch.

convenient location 24-hour check-in nespresso machine
I appreciated the location, near many attractions. Check-in was available 24 hours, VERY convenient. The hotel offered baggage storage upon departure, SUCH a plus. I found a Nespresso machine and regular fridge in the room, very convenient.
The mattress was a little too soft for my liking.

The hotel has a spar supermarket just across the road. This was very helpful. our room had three large windows. They could be opened up fully for a nice breeze. the hotel reception, especially tanja, was very friendly. it was amazing!!!

really charmed by this stay
central location available staff room size nearby supermarket
location was central. getting around town was easy for me. the staff seemed helpful and available. i booked a double room suite and found its size good. a supermarket nearby was convenient, especially for quick needs. i was very happy when the staff helped me return forgotten clothes. it was good they are this available.
i must admit, the elevator made sounds. it was like it could break anytime. this made me a little uncomfortable.
