The staff was very friendly and responsible. The rooms were spacious and clean (I really appreciated that). Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to each day. I left some items behind and they helped to send it back to me, and I am so grateful for that extra effort.
The floors creaked, and the shower's water flow was low, a little inconvenient.

I appreciated the location, near many attractions. Check-in was available 24 hours, VERY convenient. The hotel offered baggage storage upon departure, SUCH a plus. I found a Nespresso machine and regular fridge in the room, very convenient.
The mattress was a little too soft for my liking.

The hotel has a spar supermarket just across the road. This was very helpful. our room had three large windows. They could be opened up fully for a nice breeze. the hotel reception, especially tanja, was very friendly. it was amazing!!!

location was central. getting around town was easy for me. the staff seemed helpful and available. i booked a double room suite and found its size good. a supermarket nearby was convenient, especially for quick needs. i was very happy when the staff helped me return forgotten clothes. it was good they are this available.
it seemed like it could break anytime. this made me a little uncomfortable.
