great location efficient check-in comfy bed
i enjoyed my stay. the location was great and convenient to commute. fast check in was efficient. the comfy bed allowed for a restful night.
The restaurant staff took a simple question of whether they still serve coffee cans as an insult. This resulted in my breakfast being cleared when i stepped away for ten seconds.

The hotel has a bar playing a lot of country music. This made me happy. breakfast had many options with okay coffee and a nice little garden to dine in. It was really good value.

convenient location efficient procedures comfortable bed
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station facilitating easy airport access for my early flight. fast check-in and check-out procedures were efficient. the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep.
the hotel played country music in the bar, a detail some might find specific to personal taste.

The breakfast buffet featured many options. It included a personal omelette maker. drinks machine failure caused some chaos during peak hours on the first morning. It was fixed eventually though.

mediocre Experience at best
out of order treadmill frustrating elevator
The fitness center was a joke, only offering two treadmills. one was OUT of order. I asked if it would be fixed and got a shrug. The elevator situation was like a bad sitcom, forcing me to haul luggage up a flight of stairs after the lift stopped short.

non-functional air conditioning uncomfortable mattress
The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It had a variety of options.
I was really disappointed because the air conditioning didn't work at all. the room felt old. The carpet seemed worn and the lampshades were dated, and the mattress was uncomfortable. it was not a good experience.
