The room was very spacious. The bathroom had GREAT size. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were helpful, and the entire place was super clean.
I didn't like that we couldn't book a meal on the day we arrived. We asked and were told the earliest table we could have was later. We were told we could have food but not until 5pm. We were quite disappointed.

amazing experience, totally buzzing!
friendly staff blackout curtains comfortable bed
i enjoyed the friendly staff and the blackout curtains. there was a coffee machine in my room. lots of complementary extras, such a nice touch. the bed was really comfortable.
the breakfast room was very busy, it was honestly a bit chaotic. long queues formed by the single coffee machine, then it ran out of milk.

the hotel boasts modern, bright spaces which definitely set a positive tone. i noticed they keep everything clean, which i always appreciate a lot , and there are great views from several spots.

the receptionist was ever so helpful ,making my stay so great. the duty manager was particularly helpful when i had a small issue , such a relief. the staff were attentive , especially at the sky bar.

faulty ac rude staff
the shower was amazing in the room.
the ac was not working proper. it ran for like one hour then stopped, and i had to keep waking up to turn it back on. opening the windows wasn't an option for fresh air. the reception staff were rude and too lazy. the tv wasn't working also, just kept showing errors. its wasn't worth it.

ample room comfortable bed excellent view convenient proximity
The room size was ample and the layout suited my needs well. The bed was comfortable and provided excellent rest after a long day, I slept soundly. The rooftop café offered excellent views of the surrounding area. The hotel's proximity to the OVO Hydro was convenient. I really liked that.
The reception area felt slightly impersonal upon arrival. I would've preferred a warmer welcome.

Excellent Stay Near Hydro
convenient location bright room
I appreciated the convenient location of this hotel. It is very close to the OVO Hydro (I walked there in just a few minutes!). The room was also bright and clean.
The restaurant service was slow. It took 40 minutes before anyone asked about drinks (it reminded me of I was invisible!).
