Fantastic Stay, a True Gem!
attentive staff great location really good amenities
I found the staff attentive. They were ready to assist with any request. The hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I found the room amenities to be quite really good.
I had a slight issue with the in-room Wi-Fi. The connection was sometimes unstable during peak hours. This impacted my ability to work remotely one afternoon. I hope they improve this in the future.

The concierge assisted with arranging transport. They also provided valuable recommendations for local sightseeing. The staff showed genuine care and attention to detail!!!

Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu. Each dish included locally sourced ingredients. I loved the presentation of the dishes.

My room had a spacious layout with premium bedding. The bathroom featured a separate tub and shower. I really liked the complimentary toiletries. The daily housekeeping kept the room VERY clean.

helpful staff lovely soaps convenient service
The staff were SO lovely! The extras included in the room felt refreshing. I especially liked the provided soaps and lotions. I also appreciated the 24 hour room service. It aided my transition from Canadian time zones.
I had difficulty figuring out how to turn the water on and off in the bath and shower. That was the ONLY confusing thing about the room, though.

The concierge service was excellent. They helped with all my needs. All staff members addressed requests promptly. Staff members were friendly and courteous. They always had a smile.

The hotel boasts several bars and restaurants . I had afternoon tea in the Palm Court bar. The Prince brasserie is a GREAT option for breakfast and dinner, as well.

My room had a comfy bed with quality linens. The room also included some nice extras to use. The rooms are a nice size. There was enough space for luggage and to relax.
