The room had a fridge! There was a safe. I found plenty of wardrobe space, too. I appreciated that the room had many hooks for coats. Towels etc, which helped keep everything tidy.
I found I had to drag my own bags. It depended on if someone was available to help or not! Sometimes I called the reception but no one answered. So I couldn't get things done. I think they need more staff if they have a heavy workload.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was huge and delicious. there were plenty of options for a vegan diet too. the room was excellent, clean and spacious.
i found the entrance under maintenance. i also could hear music from the bar at night, since i was on the second floor.
