The hotel's location offered easy access to attractions.
The noise from a nearby nightclub severely impacted sleep quality. I was also disappointed that a complimentary bottle of water, usually standard in five-star hotels, was not offered upon checkout. This contrasted with the welcome drinks offered to other guests upon arrival. I was not offered anything.

The location was acceptable. It was within walking distance of many attractions.
The room felt really cold, there was a strong draught coming in from the window. The curtains were actually moving because of it. i contacted reception about it. I was just told the heating was straightforward, but no one came to check. the noise from nearby nightclubs also kept me awake.

The rooftop terrace offered amazing views. Rooms feature high-quality amenities. I found the location excellent, placing me within easy walking distance of key attractions. The minibar prices were reasonable. A welcome glass of fizz upon arrival added a lovely touch.
The soundproofing could be better.

The hotel location is excellent near various pubs restaurants shops. I found it convenient to visit the castle and return easily. The room I had was spacious and included everything imaginable. The shower delivered a fantastic experience and the bed provided comfort.

The room design featured separate shower and toilet rooms plus a sink in the entrance area. A large comfortable bed was present as well as a balcony with outdoor access. The room included a table stocked with whiskey gin etc as well as a kettle a coffee machine and a fridge.

Breakfast offers fresh coffee along with eggs made to order I saw various hot options available. I noted good coffee and tea selections within the room. The hotel features a beautiful bar and restaurant plus a fine rooftop terrace with amazing views.

The hotel sits in the heart of the city within walking distance of attractions. I observed the hotel's proximity to the Castle the Ghost Bus Tour and the Dungeon. A fantastic selection of restaurants and bars line the area.
