excellent hotel stay
clean room helpful staff central location
the room was clean and big. the comfortable bed was also a plus. i also loved that the staff was helpful and attentive (they made sure i had everything i needed). the central location was great for shops and theaters.
the tv volume control in the bathroom was not working.

fantastic stay!
warm welcome spacious room lovely touch
Adam, the concierge, gave me a warm welcome, and the reception lady was lovely. my room was excellent and very well appointed! the view of the castle was amazing. the room was also very spacious and spotlessly clean. My partner was really impressed. housekeeping serviced the room, and they turned down the bedding each evening, a really nice touch. it was dark and very quiet, even with lothian road nearby.
the bathroom had a glass partition with minimal soundproofing, a bit awkward.

i accessed the lounge for breakfast, coffee, and evening snacks. the ladies who served us, rose, olivia, and ilina, were polite and professional. the food was AMAZING!!! the variety was also quite nice.

i booked the onespa experience that features a hydrotherapy rooftop pool. there were many different saunas and steam rooms plus a swimming pool by the rooftop one! the spa services were worth every penny!
