Acceptable Location, Several Issues Encountered
automatic heating sealed windows
The location was pretty good. It was easy enough to get to the Main Street.
The room was too hot. I COULDN'T adjust the automatic heating. All the toiletry pumps had the SAME handwash in them. I discovered builders drilling outside my window from 7:30 am each day, and I couldn't open the sealed windows to get any air.

convenient location comfy beds good options
i found a super convenient location. it was close to the station. the room had comfy beds. i got one of the best nights sleep i ever got. breakfast included options for everyone. you could pick which seeds you wanted on your cereal.
the room smelled strange.

some issues detracted from the experience
the hotel's location was acceptable , near the train station.
i was quite frustrated by the state of my room , a standard room , which was unbearably hot because i could not turn off the automatic heating. the sealed windows meant i had no way to get fresh air.

the room was very spacious and modern. the location was amazing. the bed and pillows were good. luggage storage was available both before and after check-in.

the hotel is situated conveniently. i found a comfortable bed in the room. the staff stored my case when i arrived early. i was offered a welcome drink at check in, it was nice.

helpful staff clean room great location
the staff was very helpful and polite. our room was clean and bright. the hotel location was great. it was very close to the city center and the royal mile.
i found no soundproofing between walls.
