really good Stay! Everything Was Perfect
great staff elegant ambiance
i stayed for a work dinner. the staff was great. the ambiance was elegant. the food was excellent! each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. the servers were attentive and professional!
access wasn't easy by foot. i got moved to another room. the heating had an issue. this wasn't much better.

The front desk offered very friendly service. the girls were efficient. the staff provided great service making every guest feel welcome and well-cared for. They maintained professionalism throughout the evening.

the spa and gym are amazing! there is an executive lounge. the location is ideal and close to restaurants and train stations making access simple. i recommend the executive lounge.

onsite car park modern room poor communication receptionist behaviour
the room was spacious and modern. it had a good view too. we got an early check in so we could use the pool facilities on arrival. staff were friendly and helpful. the onsite car park is very handy when visiting with young children.
the check-in wasn't great at all, i was very disappointed. i wasn't told anything about the hotel on check in, for example restaurants and check out. it got sorted in the end, but it wasn't a great start.

comfortable bed amazing kindness excellent assistance
the bed provided extreme comfort i would gladly purchase a double bed like it the staff exhibited amazing kindness and attentiveness they ensured my needs were met i greatly appreciated linda at the breakfast area for her excellent assistance and helpfulness
the lift access required a key card and this wasn't initially explained upon arrival resulting in some confusion

on-site parking modern room room fridge overloaded bar restaurant noise high chair
the on-site car park was convenient . my room was spacious and modern, with a good view. i found the little fridge in the room very handy.
the bar was overloaded and too loud. it was uncomfortable for my kids, so we had to eat in the room. the waitress did not offer a high chair when we were seated in the restaurant.
