reliable stay near haymarket
tram stop clean room soundproof bed
the tram stop was really close. it made getting to and from the airport very quick. the room was clean and tidy. i did not hear traffic because the beds were comfy and soundproof.
the breakfast plates felt cold. food cooled down quickly after i took it back to the table. the coffee machine also had cold coffee, except for black coffee.

the hotel is near haymarket station. many restaurants also are in this area. princess street is not far from the hotel. it makes travel very convenient.

staff helped me a lot. they gave me great service. reception was always quick to assist me. i would say their help was very appreciable.

spacious room comfortable bed cold dining room faulty door
the room was spacious. it had a couple of free goodies to welcome us. the bed was comfortable with cosy bedding.
our room was also cold and the door did not close properly.

mouldy shower screen black mould
The location was acceptable and convenient for transportation links. The staff seemed generally friendly.
I found the room quite basic. No complimentary water was provided. The bathroom was awful. The shower leaked, and the shower screen had mould. The grout on the tiles also had black mould. We definitely overpaid.
