The hotel's location is quite convenient, especially with the train station nearby. The staff members were very kind and pleasant! The concierge was helpful. I appreciated the assistance with directions. The room was also clean and well kept.

I requested a specific room type a week before arrival, but it wasn't available at check-in. The air conditioning in my room stopped working. I was asked to leave the room for two hours. That was not ideal. The night receptionist was also rude.

the location was excellent. i stepped off the train and walked directly into the hotel. the room included a fantastic shower. the champagne bar was also a highlight (i really enjoyed the atmosphere).

my room overlooked the station and had roman blinds. these blinds let in a lot of light all night, so i did not sleep well. there was nowhere to hang a coat. prices at champagne central seemed very high. (it was quite a shock)

i found the welcome drinks really thoughtful. the room's roll-top bath with rainfall shower felt quite luxurious. staff members were helpful. the location was ideal because i traveled by train.

i observed a drop standard with recent stays and i noticed the kettle didn't work on the morning of leaving.

the staff was warm. the room was very spacious (i was impressed). the decor was beautiful throughout the hotel. i will definitely return.

i found a dubious stain on a bath towel. the room bin was not emptied before my arrival. there was also black mold on the bathroom ceiling, which needs attention.
