Central Stay
convenient location useful suite gluten-free options
The location proved advantageous. Proximity to the train station simplified travel arrangements. The suite had distinct areas for relaxation and work. I found a separate sitting room and a reading corner useful. The staff accommodated dietary needs by providing gluten-free options during breakfast.
Facilities
9/10
The building displayed portraits of famous guests. I saw a Champagne Central decor theme. There were two lifts servicing the hotel, though wait times varied. Electric plugs had strategic placement in rooms.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast room staff offered attentive service. Gluten-free bread options were available, I noted it was the best I have ever tasted. The hotel provided self-service for tea and coffee.
Location

An Acceptable Hotel Experience
convenient location train station concierge assistance room unavailability broken air conditioning rude receptionist
The hotel's location is quite convenient, especially with the train station nearby. The staff members were very kind and pleasant! The concierge was helpful. I appreciated the assistance with directions. The room was also clean and well-kept.
I requested a specific room type a week before arrival, but it wasn't available at check-in. The air conditioning in my room stopped working. I was asked to leave the room for two hours. That was not ideal. The night receptionist was also rude.

excellent location fantastic shower champagne bar poor sleep coat issue high prices
the location was excellent. i stepped off the train and walked directly into the hotel. the room included a fantastic shower. the champagne bar was also a highlight (i really enjoyed the atmosphere).
my room overlooked the station and had roman blinds. these blinds let in a lot of light all night, so i did not sleep well. there was nowhere to hang a coat. prices at champagne central seemed very high. (it was quite a shock)
