Fantastic Stay!

clean room friendly staff complimentary cookies perfect location
The king room was huge and very clean. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful, especially with directions. They even gave me complimentary cookies (a good surprise!). The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to everything I wanted to see. I definitely want to return soon!
The hot tub was a tad too hot for me. (Maybe I am just sensitive!)

The reception offered a quick and friendly check-in process. The staff quickly addressed all my requests. I saw staff members were consistently available and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring all my needs were met.

a mixed stay with minor issues

non-working jacuzzi crowded sauna
the breakfast had variety of dishes which was good.
the leisure facilities was not good. i paid £10 to use the jacuzzi, but it wasnt working. the staff didn't tell me this when i booked it and the sauna and steam room were also tiny and crowded.

adequate but some shortcomings

faulty air conditioning substandard towels
The air conditioning did not function. The room was too cold during december. we received towels with holes. the shower gel dispenser was empty. i expect better from a hotel in this price range. It impacted the quality of my stay.
