The room included a fan, useful on warmer days. I appreciated that. There were shops and restaurants located nearby. Daily housekeeping provided a clean space. I found that consistent.
The stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage, since there is no lift.

I was greeted with genuine warmth. The attentiveness of the staff was excellent. I enjoyed a freshly prepared cooked breakfast. The combination of hospitality and thoughtful touches.

My Double Room was really clean and had everything I needed. It had lots of sockets and phone charging points available. Daily housekeeping service ensured a tidy space. I found the bed comfortable.

The owners and staff were amazing, friendly and helpful . The staff offered useful suggestions for sightseeing and transportation. Every interaction was met with a friendly smile. They gave restaurant recommendations.

small room overcooked eggs
the staff were helpful, giving directions.
The room was quite small, it barely fit the bed. the bathroom was cramped too, i struggled to move around. breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs were overcooked each morning.

The English breakfast was delicious. It was served each morning. The hotel's proximity to Victoria station was very convenient. It took me only about seven minutes to walk there

Excellent Service and Great Location
marked map safe luggage storage bus stop excellent service
I appreciated the very friendly owners. They provided me with a marked map, directing me to the number 24 bus stop, just outside the hotel. My luggage was safely stored behind the desk until the room was ready for check-in. The customer service at this accommodation is above expectations.
The single pillow provided on the bed was not adequate , and the bathroom space was limited.
