The staff was friendly. They were helpful with directions. The location near the Underground station was convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. I appreciated that the room was clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked very well. It provided a comfortable environment .

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is great. it is close to many attractions and public transport, a underground tube station is just across the road. i thought the cleanliness was good.
my room was small. the room did look bigger in pictures. i found no instructions available on how to warm up the room. it was also very noisy because i was on the second floor facing main street and traffic.
