convenient location comfy bed good base small room dusty air-con chilly night
i found the location very convenient. it was a good base for exploring. the bed was comfy and i slept well (it really helped after a long day of sightseeing).
the room was small. this was clear when i booked it, so i can't complain too much. the air-con unit blew dust. i had to turn it off, so i felt a bit chilly at night.

friendly staff convenient location clean room
The staff was friendly. They were helpful with directions. The location near the Underground station was convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. I appreciated that the room was clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked very well. It provided a comfortable environment .

The hotel is near the Lambeth North tube station providing easy access. I appreciated the supermarket near the hotel for quick shopping. The helpful staff offered prompt and effective service to my requests.
The room lacked a refrigerator making it slightly inconvenient to store some food items.

decent stay overall
helpful staff great location cleanliness small room no instructions traffic noise
the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is great. it is close to many attractions and public transport, a underground tube station is just across the road. i thought the cleanliness was good.
my room was small. the room did look bigger in pictures. i found no instructions available on how to warm up the room. it was also very noisy because i was on the second floor facing main street and traffic.
