clean room cozy bedding small room inconvenient space
the room was clean, and i found the bedding cozy. the location was also okay because its near the tube, restaurants and a shopping area. i appreciate that.
the room was so small and moving around with someone else was difficult. i also did not find an armadio for my clothes, nor was there enough space for my suitcase. it was an inconvenience.

i found the location good with easy access to tube stations. the staff were very helpful and cute, especially when assisting with luggage. i was pleased to find my room very clean. it.
my room was located on a lower ground floor. this meant i could hear noises from upstairs. i could hear sounds like showers and other guests.

convenient location quick check-in blackout curtains
I found the location convenient. Victoria station is a short walk. the staff provided a warm welcome and quick check-in. the room had blackout curtains, which i found to be excellent.
the room was very compact, and i struggled to fit everything. i encourage the hotel to address this soon.

the superior double room included lovely cotton bedding and a comfy bed. the bathroom had decent products that were free to use, and everything was beautifully clean. i found the quietness especially notable.
