friendly front desk clean room comfortable room
The front desk, Fatima particularly, was very friendly and did an excellent job. She were helpful. The room was a perfect size for me. It was nice and neat.
The hotel has no lift. My room was on the fourth floor and the stairs were narrow.

friendly reception early luggage drop comfy bed nice shower
reception was lovely and kind, i was allowed to drop luggage early. they also checked me in before time because i carried a baby. it was nice staff offered ground floor room when they saw my crutches. the room had comfy bed and a nice shower.
the plug socket was near the kettle, also there were no bedside lights.

the receptionist helped me switch rooms, they found me a ground floor room. she did this after seeing me using crutches, this was thoughtful and caring. i did very much appreciated this.

the room was clean, and the bed felt super squishy, it reminded me of sleeping on a marshmallow. shower includes soap and shower gel. a hairdryer. the room was also larger than i expect for a solo traveler.

The staff was great and always available when needed. the location had a bus stop directly in front (very convenient!). the building was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.
my room was on the third floor without an elevator. it was a small inconvenience, especially with luggage.

The staff was helpful. They promptly addressed my request for extra pillows. The room was clean. I found the bed very comfortable. I appreciated the fast, reliable Wi-Fi available throughout the building. I was able to work without interruption. The location is close to Victoria Station. It allowed easy access to various parts of the city. The shower had consistent hot water and good pressure. This made for refreshing mornings (the most important thing for me!). The front desk staff was available 24/7, which I found reassuring. They readily assisted with directions and local information. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a welcome touch. I was able to enjoy a cup of tea upon arrival. The room included fresh, good-quality towels. The on-site facilities are good. My room faced an inner courtyard. This helped to keep it quiet at night. I didn't hear much street noise. I found a bus stop just outside the hotel. It provided convenient transportation options. The room had enough space for my luggage. I did not feel cramped. The staff stored my bags after checkout. I was able to explore more before my train. I got a ground floor room as requested. It was very helpful given my mobility issues. The receptionist showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. She even offered to switch rooms. The provided room was very comfortable and clean. This gesture shows dedication to guest care.

helpful staff tea facilities good location small room limited space poor value
the staff were friendly and helpful with our bags. there were tea and coffee facilities available in the room. the location was close to everything, it was easy to find.
The room i stayed in was quite small for a triple room. Walking around was difficult. there was barely any room to store suitcases. i didn't think it was good value for money.
