Fantastic Stay Near Oxford Street

I have been visiting for five years. It is in a prime spot. The staff is consistently excellent. They are always friendly. The rooms are lovely with modern decor. I found the central location very convenient (everything is close by!).

I did notice that the walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the staff was really good and addressed issues quickly!!! the hotel was super clean, and breakfast was amazing. the location is convenient for central spots. i want to thank the reception staff and andrew, the duty manager, for making our stay wonderful!!!

the staff was polite and helpful. they gave good advice. cleanliness was excellent. the location was perfect. it was a lovely area on a quiet street with easy access.

the room i stayed was room 82. i could hear the subway all the time the trains were running. there were no usb charge sockets in the room. the bathroom extractor fan was not working.
