tiny roomshower temperature
The room was tiny. I felt cramped. the shower temperature kept fluctuating wildly. it went from ice cold to scalding hot without warning! the noise from other guests was also frustrating. I could hear every footstep and conversation.

The room was clean. It had very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast offered a more than adequate start to the day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had to carry my luggage up some stairs.

I found the staff helpful and friendly . the breakfast included a decent continental selection. i enjoyed the proximity to victoria station. It was only a short walk.
the room was a bit small, barely enough space to walk around the bed.

the standard double room included tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits. there was also a small fridge with complimentary water. amenities provided included a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, which i found convenient.

the continental breakfast included a selection of pastries, cereals, and fruits. they offered hot breakfast items for an additional charge. the pub inside the building served complimentary snacks in the evenings. i loved it.

The staff were accommodating and allowed me to store my bags before check-in! they were also very responsive to requests for extra coffee and tea. The upper floors require stairs.
