romantic stay
helpful staff friendly staff clean room comfortable bed
the staff was very helpful and friendly, offering tips for exploring the city. i especially appreciated that they carried our bags to our room on the top floor because there isn't an elevator. the room was kept spotlessly clean and the shower always had nice hot water. the bed was comfy.
humidity affected our stay and my partner and i felt a little sick when we left.

the location provides easy access to the city centre and the old town. there are several cozy pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. there is also short distance to most restaurants, pubs, the tram, train and bus.

the rooms offer a green view (i really enjoyed that). the beds were comfortable. a kettle and tea were available for use. the room was perfect for a romantic getaway, newly refurbished and the largest in the hotel.

The room was nicely decorated. I found a kettle with coffee, tea, and milk sachets topped up every day. Towels were changed if placed inside the shower tray. This was convenient..
The room lacked bedside lighting. Only a bright ceiling light was available. There was no storage for personal items even though enough room existed for a small dresser.

convenient location friendly staff
I was charmed by the convenient location. A bus stop right across from the hotel was really helpful. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They promptly addressed some questions I had about the room. The room was cleaned thoroughly almost every day. It felt clean!
