Highlights

Rooms: Deluxe Double or Twin Rooms with Garden View

Amenities: Complimentary glass of wine upon arrival

Breakfast: Continental breakfast with fresh fruit and custom toast

Location: 15-minute walk to Holyrood Palace and Royal Mile

Service: Early check-in and flexible luggage storage

“The Georgian townhouse exudes an old-world charm, from its elegant furnishings to its quiet garden-though I did see one review mentioning a less-than-ideal room size. Breakfast receives high marks for its range and quality; the location also strikes a nice balance, near enough to Holyrood Palace and other highlights. Overall, it seems a distinctive and well-regarded choice.”

Our room, a Beautiful Double or Twin Room Garden View, was spacious and clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's furnishings. Breakfast was lovely (especially the croissants!), and having the option to leave our bags after check-out was a great help.
The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak. This made it difficult to handle some work tasks. The host acknowledged the issue, so hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
