The location suited me well. i enjoyed the short bus ride into the city center. The stop was very close. the breakfast included hot items and yogurt, a nice touch! the host was very friendly and provided helpful city tips.
I found the room had limited clothing storage. Only a small hanging area was available.

the room was clean and quiet, located at the back of the house away from the busy road. a television, kettle with tea, and coffee were in the room, which i found convenient. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

bus stops were easily accessible, providing direct routes to the city center. the house offered good security with an access code for the front door and the room door. the walk to the royal mile took approximately 25 minutes on a flat route.

i found a really quiet room plus a clean bathroom, awesome. breakfast included several hot meal options, i really loved that! the staff members was super helpful and always smiling, that is a huge plus.
the garden in the front needed some love and care, the plants looked a bit neglected.

the hotel has a bus stop near it, this makes getting to the city center simple. several restaurants are in walkable distance too. this is really helpful if you do not want to go far for dinner.

my beautiful triple room was equipped with a water heater, this allowed me to make tea. usb plugs were available in the room, that's super useful for charging devices. there was shampoo in the shower, i didn't need to unpack mine.

a nice cooked breakfast came with the room, such an amazing bonus. they offered a variety of hot meals, it was so good! a gluten free breakfast was available, they were accomodating to dietary needs.

the breakfast was ok. at least the coffee was hot.
the room lacked proper storage for clothes. there was just a flimsy hanging section with mismatched hangers. the bathroom had mould on the walls and ceiling above the shower, it was pretty grim. the shower head wouldn't stay in place, made showering difficult.
