damp smell tired looking room
I found a few things disappointing. the room had a musty odor. A stronger air freshener tried to cover it, but the smell lingered. the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, and the room generally looked worn. it definitely needs some attention.

friendly staff many channels convenient access
The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. my room included a television with many channels. breakfast offered many choices. I had scrambled eggs and toast. the hotel location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.

the hotel restaurant features a daily breakfast buffet with both hot and cold items. i observed a variety of pastries, including croissants and muffins, and a selection of fresh fruits were displayed near the juice station.

street noise firm bed
my room overlooked a dreary back alley. the noise from the street was considerable even late into the night. the bed was excessively firm and provided little comfort. a stain was present on the carpet. the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation, causing moisture buildup after showers (i needed to keep the window open).

helpful staff lovely room great location significant mold dirty floor giant cobweb
the staff where very friendly and helpful i think. the room itself was lovely, and i think the location is great. the hotel is older and i don't expect a modern five star accommodation, so i was very happy.
sadly, our rooms werent like the photos online. the bathrooms had a significant amount of mold and mildew and a giant cobweb was dangling in the bathroom. the carpeted floors also looked dirty and could use a vacuuming.
