The staff happily stored luggage after checkout, a considerate service. The room included nice shower gels and small treats, a cute touch. I found these details. I felt well taken care of .
The noise from the main road traffic was noticeable at times. I recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

arrival treats modern kitchen helpful staff
I found treats like chocolates and tea cakes upon my arrival, a sweet welcome. The kitchen was clean and modern, equipped with everything needed. Staff members offered assistance and were keen to help.
The bar was a little quiet and I felt it needed some music.

scottish products lovely bathroom main road missing lift poor selection bar atmosphere
the room had nice toiletries with scottish products tea coffee and bottled water. the bathroom was lovely i found it perfect. the room was quiet despite being on a main road.
i found my room upstairs with no lift. the receptionist offered to carry my suitcase i use a stick. the breakfast menu seemed basic i thought its selection poor. the bar lacked atmosphere it had no music.
