I found treats like chocolates and tea cakes upon my arrival, a sweet welcome. The kitchen was clean and modern, equipped with everything needed. Staff members offered assistance and were keen to help.
The bar was a little quiet and I felt it needed some music.

the room had nice toiletries with scottish products tea coffee and bottled water. the bathroom was lovely i found it perfect. the room was quiet despite being on a main road.
the receptionist offered to carry my suitcase i use a stick. the breakfast menu seemed basic i thought its selection poor. the bar lacked atmosphere it had no music.
