amazing stay!
superb location clean room polite staff obliging staff
The location is superb. the room was very clean. I especially liked all the amenities provided. the front door staff were polite. They were also very obliging. i highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return.
honestly, i can't complain much, but the elevators seemed a bit slow. during peak times, waiting for them could take a few minutes, and that's it.

some issues detracted from the experience
late room missing prosecco
the hotel's location was good , as it was close to the station and the city center.
i had issues with the room not being ready on time , it was 40 minutes late , and there was no apology. i had pre-ordered a bottle of prosecco to be in the room , but it wasn't there either. i had to call to get it delivered , which was pretty poor.

convenient location friendly staff modern decor limited breakfast bottled water uncomfortable pillows
the location was really convenient (right near public transport). the staff were friendly and efficient. i also liked the modern decor and the cleanliness of the room.
i found the breakfast selection a bit limited. there were no bottled water in the room, a minor inconvenience. the pillows provided were not very comfortable to me, uncomfortable pillows.
