charming surprise!
comfy bedplentiful wardrobepowerful shower
My superior king room non-smoking offered a super comfy bed. wardrobe space was plentiful. i especially liked the powerful shower. It was very refreshing after a long day. the staff gave really great advice about local restaurants.

the festival theatre location was great. the staff was very friendly. i found the breakfast to be tasty with a good choice of items. the room include a large walk in shower.
the reception service caused confusion around parking costs. i got a larger bill without any agreed discount. this situation soured my overall experience.

central locationcomfortable bedhumming noise
the location was central allowing easy access to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful providing excellent service. i found the room to be quite spacious and the bed offered a comfortable sleep.
the bathroom exhaust fan ran constantly producing a noticeable humming noise. this was a bit distracting during the night making it hard to sleep.

the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so the room remained cold. a small electric heater was provided, but it was quite noisy. i couldn't leave it on overnight because of the noise.

my stay encountered some problems. the air conditioning did not work correctly in my room. it ONLY blew cold air, NO matter the setting. I also found the shower products were only available upon request. it was a surprise given the room rate.

I found many supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. The National Museum is only an 8-minute walk away. The location made it easy to explore. The staff were friendly. The room included good amenities, an electric kettle, and a hairdryer. I appreciated the selection of tea and coffee. The room was spacious. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. I liked that the hotel is on a quiet street. It. The location is great. The bed was comfy. The bathroom had a clean, modern design and a spacious shower. I enjoyed walking to many sights and shops. Great transit options made it easy to get around quickly. The hotel is centrally located.
