central location and helpful staff

the location was central. the airlink 100 bus stop was right outside. hop-on-hop-off buses were also a block away (very convenient for sightseeing!). the staff were very friendly and helpful.
it was very slow and seemed to take a long time to arrive. using the stairs wasn't always practical with luggage.

The staff changed my room immediately after I said I couldn't use stairs because of a medical condition. They were SO friendly. The hotel was near shopping areas. It was also within a good walking distance to the castle. The staff replaced towels and made the bed daily.
The cleaners made a LOT of noise from 7am. Doors were banging constantly every morning. I UNDERSTAND they need to work but the banging was excessive. The room got chilly when the temperature went below zero. I guess it must have been approximately +15 °c in the bathroom.

the hotel's location is awesome it is very central. i walked right out of the door into the beautiful city centre. check-in was very smooth and the room was nice. the rooms look freshly renovated and it shows. there were a nice amount of sockets near the bed and a good bathroom.
the room was very small and the price was expensive for what i got.

the hotel's central location made sightseeing easy , with key attractions within walking distance. bus stops are very close , airport transfers were straightforward. the staff was friendly , and they readily helped with directions and luggage storage. daily room cleaning kept everything fresh.
the shower's temperature fluctuated , causing sudden bursts of hot and cold water. the room felt quite cold , even with the heating on . it made it difficult to relax completely after a long day exploring.

friendly staffgreat tram accessearly check-in
the staff were amazing! they ensured my room was prepared early. i grabbed a quick coffee nearby and accessed my room from 11am. the hotel is directly next to the tram, ideal for airport access. i recommend this hotel 100%.
The shower door wouldn't close properly. I really had to pull it.

the location was quite convenient for accessing many attractions in the area it was acceptable.
i found the room smaller than expected it barely accommodated my luggage the noise from nearby establishments was also quite disruptive at night it made restful sleep challenging despite my efforts to adjust.
