friendly staff helpful staff easy access ground floor lounge
The staff was very friendly and helpful . I mentioned I needed some directions and they provided clear instructions. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. I found a lounge on the ground floor ,with a relaxing atmosphere.
The sound insulation wasn't great . I could hear noise from outside.

unclean bathroom street noise
The location met my expectations. It was quite central.
The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. I noticed hair in the bathroom. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving this issue. the noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep. I found this unacceptable for the price I paid.

The location provided easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The room included thoughtful touches such as provided water and milk upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the staff was helpful.
I noticed a slight delay in addressing a minor maintenance request .
