“In my opinion, this hotel's prime location, within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street, makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. i received a warm cookie when i arrived that was delicious! the room was very clean. i got fluffy towels every day. plus the heating worked awesome, it keeped the room warm.
the hallways are dark i not like it much.

the hotel location is central. royal mile is close. grassmarket is not far too and princes street is just down the road. there is many restaurants to visit nearby.

the staff were professional. they were efficient at check in. they replace milk etc, diligently in the room. staff very friendly and helpful. their smiles were very warming.

The room I booked faced the main street. The windows did not close properly. There was constant noise from traffic zooming past day and night. I barely slept.

The bathroom lacked towel rails or hooks. I had to put towels on the toilet. the shower flow was weak. I found the soap dispenser unreachable from the bath. this was not acceptable.

the hotel is near many restaurants. i found the staff at reception and in the bar really good. i liked that i got a warm chocolate cookie when checking in, charmed i was.

The location was central to tourist spots. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided quick service when i asked for extra towels.
the room was next to the gym! there was a noticeable noise issue from weights being dropped on the floor! the vibrations were quite disruptive and constant.
