helpful staff spacious room efficient service
The staff was fantastic. They were always ready to help with a smile. my room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, awesome. lift service was very prompt and efficient, a real time-saver!
The loud noise from the water pipes woke me up a few times each night. It disrupted my sleep.

breakfast provided enough choice, and movement in the restaurant area was easy. the selection included both hot and cold items, satisfying different preferences, made mornings much easier. the dining area was kept clean, which i value!!!

The location is very central. Various shops and main tourist attractions are nearby. the hotel's proximity to key areas allowed for convenient access to many sites, so it was very easy to get around. public transportation is accessible too!

cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, and the staff maintained it well. the hotel provides good lift service to get to their floors, especially helpful for those on upper levels. i found it pretty neat!!!

my room included a tv, providing entertainment options during downtime. the beds are comfortable and really big!!! the room was clean on arrival, and the size was good. it was suitable for my needs.

helpful staff great breakfast
The super nice team. They checked me in early! the room was super clean and had nice amenities. i especially loved the late check-out option! breakfast had great food too. I found it all delicious.

basic room small bathroom
The room was quite basic, it did not meet expectations considering the price. a twin room was booked. the beds were almost touching. there was barely any space to walk around the beds. also the bathroom was small. Almost like a capsule.

The breakfast selection impressed me. It featured numerous options. The room was a decent size. The central location provided easy access to many sites.
I found the room windows impossible to open. A lack of fresh air bothered me. The bathroom seemed like a compact unit. The overall comfort suffered because of these issues.

small room operating machine
i found the room to be quite small. it felt cramped. the bathroom was a prefabricated unit of plastic. the breakfast room had only one coffee machine operating and a long queue formed. i think it should have been better organized

good breakfast great location room access worst room
the breakfast was good with many selections. location was great just off the royal mile.
my room could only be accessed by going down one floor, through the restaurant, then up again. i found it to be one of the worst rooms i have stayed in in any hotel in europe.
