Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
early check-in spacious room rubber duck
The team allowed us access to the facilities while we waited for our early check-in. They checked us in early, letting us begin our day without luggage worries. Our room was spacious and included a rubber duck souvenir. I also greatly appreciated the quietness of my room.
I found that the gym could benefit from updated equipment .

The reception staff promptly addressed all my requests, proving responsive and ready to assist. The service throughout the hotel was helpful, ensuring all needs were adequately met and supported. All the staff seemed dedicated.

The hotel room was neat. I had a very lovely birthday surprise. The provided toiletries were fabulous. The beds were comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is close to the station and the central area. The hotel also provides easy access to landmarks shopping, and central areas.

I enjoyed the pool and steam room, they are superb. The gym has a variety of exercise equipment. I was also able to use the pool area before check-in to shower.

the breakfast had many options i enjoyed fresh croissants. the location was great near waverley station. the shower was huge.

underwhelming stay
the location was good. it was easy to get around from there.
The shower was just lukewarm. Not hot at all. i told the front desk. They claimed other guests must have been using the hot water. this problem never got fixed.
