The room was spacious (i stayed in a superior room!). It had tea and coffee facilities. The christmas decorations looked Very nice.

The staff were helpful . They quickly addressed a minor issue I had with the room lighting. Breakfast included fresh juice and quality coffee. I found these details quite satisfying.
The elevator had a sign indicating the alarm was not working. This caused slight concern.
