uneven experience at this hotel
poor air conditioning cramped bathroom
my stay had some issues. the room's air conditioning was poor. also, i found the bathroom small. it felt cramped. there was nowhere to dry or hang wet clothes after being caught in the snow. these details detracted from the overall experience a lot.

warm welcome comfortable bed
the staff greeted me with complimentary champagne upon my arrival. the gentleman at the door gave a warm welcome and always acknowledged me as i moved through the hotel. sushi samba was beautiful and the hotel made sure i got a table even though it was fully booked online. the super clean room included a very comfortable bed and robes with slippers.
the light in the toilet cubicle stayed on longer than necessary at night.

charming stay
excellent toiletries simple location coffee pod machine shoe cleaning
the room had excellent toiletries. the location made it simple to get to shops and restaurants. i found a coffee pod machine in the room. slippers and robes were also in the room. the shoe cleaning kit was a nice touch, one often absent elsewhere.
my adult son had trouble using the drink vouchers. the staff didn't understand the voucher system. this wasted a lot of my son's time. it was a very clunky situation

this hotel is near the train station. the shopping centre is close to the hotel. i easily saw many sights. it is a short walk to the train station
