the room i booked, a reporter twin or double room, felt quite stuffy. the air conditioning barely made a dent in the room temperature. the breakfast service was slow, and my order was incorrect the first morning. i had requested gluten-free toast and received regular toast. it took an additional twenty minutes to get the correct order.

A stay with SOME issues

convenient location spacious room comfy beds unfulfilled promise filthy carpet missing upgrade
I stayed for a few nights. The location was quite convenient. It was an easy walk to most main attractions. The room I had was nice with lovely decor, spacious and comfy beds. It also had a kettle and a very nice bathroom with a shower.
Our boxing day deal did not include a promised room upgrade. I emailed the hotel TWICE about this and got no reply. The carpets in some areas looked filthy. There was something that looked like vomit outside our lift for three days.
