the location provided really good access to key attractions. i enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the availability of free coffee in the lounge. the professional reception team was always ready to assist with requests.
the absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room was inconvenient. i had to queue each morning to get a cup of tea downstairs, sometimes waiting due to restocking delays.

the location was excellent, it was near several attractions. the provided shower was really good and included led lights around the tv for enhanced viewing. i also appreciated the ability to cast content to the tv directly from my devices.
i noted the music from the lounge was quite audible. it continued until midnight, and i was on the fourth floor, i could clearly discern the songs.

The shower felt refreshing after a long journey. i noticed complimentary water was available at reception. It helped me stay hydrated.
The bedside reading lights were quite dim. It made reading in bed difficult.

I loved the location, as it was very near the tourist attractions i wanted to see. I also appreciated that getting to the hotel from the airport was so convenient.. the taxi stand was right outside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay, and were quick with any requests.
The music from the lounge was a little loud one evening, as I was on the fourth floor and could still hear it.

The hotel provides free tea and coffee, a really nice perk needing a quick refreshment. I appreciated this service and took advantage of it several times , and it really added value. I found it cute.

the location was great, especially for accessing nearby attractions. breakfast offered good choices, and i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. the room size was also adequate for my needs (i didn't feel cramped at all).
i found some dusty areas on the floor, including small plastic bits and hairs. the shower also had some black curly hairs in it, not ideal. the hotel advertises parking, but there is no on-site parking available. a 15-minute walk to the car park is required, and there's a £39 charge even with a 50% discount.
