Really good Service and Stylish Stay
warm welcome rooftop atmosphere
The staff, especially Ewan, offered a warm welcome and showed me to my Town Room. The rooftop bar, Lamplighters, had a great atmosphere. I enjoyed a Cosmopolitan made perfectly. I appreciated the room turn-down service with soft jazz, slippers, and sleepy spray.

equipped gym silk pillowcases missing doormen single sink
The gym is well equipped. The restaurant is stunningly beautiful. I found the silk pillowcases a nice touch. They were appreciated.
I did find no doormen upon arrival. My husband had to carry our two large suitcases to reception. There was only a single sink despite being such a large room.

immaculate hotel sleepy spray vintage radio
the hotel is immaculate and every detail had been thought about. i enjoyed turndown service with soft jazz from a vintage radio. slippers were placed by the bed and a sleepy spray sat beside the pillow, these touches.!!
breakfast was more expensive than average, yet the full cooked breakfast was crammed onto a small plate.

the gym is very well equipped, with a range of equipment for various workout styles. residents and hotel guests can access the rooftop bar, providing an exclusive setting with great city views.

Really good Stay at an Elegant Townhouse
excellent breakfast very nice recommendations
I appreciated the staff's dedication to making my sister's birthday nice. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was great too. Irina at the main reception provided many very nice recommendations for my stay. Housekeeping was excellent. The turndown service was very well done and reminded me of returning to a calm oasis each evening.
I encountered an issue with the dinner reservation I had arranged upon check-in. I had to fight to reinstate my original time after receiving a text altering it. The restaurant seemed very busy, but that should not impact confirmed bookings.

The room had beautiful marble bathrooms. The rooms themselves were great little rooms. I found the rooms quiet and clean, important for a restful stay. A waste paper bin would be a useful addition.

The staff went out of their way. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They always went the extra mile to help guests. Quick, efficient and very friendly service characterized my visit.

The hotel location couldn't be any better. The gym is perfectly equipped for various workout routines. I enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the building. I thought the interiors were fine.

Breakfast was great with a bespoke menu. You could order what you wanted. The food was superb with everything tasting fresh and delicious. I thought the dining room was amazing. I found the restaurant to be charming.
