the staff did not seem cute. i felt i was inconveniencing them when asking to leave luggage after checkout. the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, and shower gel was not refilled..

The breakfast buffet offered abundant choices and delicious food. Live music created a very nice atmosphere, and the pool was a refreshing bonus. The hotel's accessibility to nearby attractions, especially the Grassmarket, was excellent. I was able to explore the area with ease!
The Wi-Fi connection was sadly unreliable and kept disconnecting. It made it difficult to rely on for any consistent online activity. I hope they improve the wireless network soon!

the room was smaller than i expected. the air conditioning didn't work well, so the room remained quite warm.
