central location friendly staff spacious room
I found the location amazing. It was very close to everything i wanted to visit. the bus stops were convenient for reaching attractions further away. the rooms were lovely, clean, spacious, and also comfortable, a real delight! the staff were helpful, polite, competent, and friendly.
the hotel bar did not have food one night because of a christmas party.

the restaurant provides a castle view. breakfast included a generous spread. it included a good variety of both hot and cold dishes and the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel's location is really good. It offers easy access to many attractions. i found shops, bars, and restaurants were nearby. Everything was within easy walking distance. transport links to the airport are also very accesible.

the hotel lobby was very clean and wonderfully calm. the rooms provide bedside sockets, handy for charging devices. lots of hot water was available, ensuring comfort. the room also had plenty of space.

staff at reception were always very helpful and professional. they were happy to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout. they allowed me to see more sights before leaving. this thoughtful service was greatly appreciated.

friendly staff excellent location awesome breakfast
The staff was very friendly and helpful . the location is excellent. breakfast was awesome. I found many great options available. i especially loved the view from my window. It was very nice!!!
the room was a bit small, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

central location genuine kindness tasty options
The location was central. It made exploring so easy. The staff showed real kindness and provided prompt help when needed. I had an unexpected bonus, the breakfast offered a plentiful array of tasty options (especially the croissants!).

helpful staff breakfast variety convenient location lack of air conditioning shower design
the staff were helpful . the breakfast offered a good variety of choices (i especially liked the pastries). the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants.
My room lacked air conditioning, quite stuffy. the shower design was not ideal. Water easily splashed onto the bathroom floor.

The location was amazing, I could walk everywhere I wanted. The breakfast offered a tasty and good selection, I really enjoyed it. The staff seemed very friendly and professional, I found them helpful.
Parking was abit out of the way, it caused some inconvenience. The room seemed smaller than I expected.
