My room was upgraded. I got top floor access with a castle view! The spa was clean. It had a very relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to returning. The service met expectations. The staff were very friendly. They offered helpful recommendations about local bars.

I found the breakfast options somewhat lacking. They could improve the selection. The cooked breakfast seemed flabby. The sourdough bread was not available. I think the hotel should reconsider the budget cuts. The cost-cutting measures impacted my experience.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything. i mean, everything. it. also, the room decor felt a bit dated. i think it could use a refresh, as the current style seems stuck in a bygone era.. it's not the worst thing, but definitely not what i'd expect for the price.

I appreciated the staff's dedication to providing excellent service, especially Elvira who were very good. The hotel is centrally located, made exploring convenient. I found the rooms very comfortable and well kept. The breakfast selection was great with awesome choices.

The room was slightly tired with lifted flooring. I also could hear corridor noise.
