good staff reception complimentary drinks snacks dyson hair dryer dark room feeling lukewarm shower temperature shower design issue
the hotel is very well designed. the staff and reception were also very good. we especially liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the minibar.. they refilled it each day. the dyson hair dryer and ghd hair straightener were a plus.
our room felt dark. it was like a mole's habitat because of the limited natural light. the shower was lukewarm during our second time.

stylish stay
corner room modern lounge
the location was superb near the train station. the interior design created a gorgeous setting in the corner room. i found the lounge on the top floor to be modern and cute. the staff assisted me kindly with directions.
i noticed my room felt a bit dark. it had limited natural light due to the small window facing a narrow space. this made the room less inviting during the day.

the room included complimentary items in the mini-bar a nice touch. i found the cleanliness excellent throughout my visit. fresh bottled water was provided to me each day adding a touch of luxury.

the rooftop bar offered views . soundproofing worked well as i did not hear the nearby train station. i saw staff working to maintain the cleanliness of the premises.

the breakfast area offered a large space to guests. i enjoyed a selection of fresh fruit at breakfast. poached eggs were prepared well and tasted delicious.

the hotel's close proximity to the train station made travel easier. i walked to the royal mile in about five minutes. access to new city attractions also took only five minutes.

i was offered a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. the room was immaculate. i particularly enjoyed the bar on the top floor, it had views across the city centre!
