amazing stay!
helpful staff self-service apartment unbelievable location
the staff helped accommodate me and eight pals after a late cancellation. they were very nice and happy to help when needed. the two-bed apartment was fully self-service, exactly what we wanted. the location was unbelievable for shopping, food, and drinks!
the carpet needed hoovering.

the hotel is near shops and restaurants. everything is easily accessible. you avoid unnecessary travel that costs a lot. the surrounding area is really lovely, with a great pub nearby that stays open late and shops offering very nice food.

generous apartment practical minikitchen poor insulation street noise
The apartment size was generous, a definite plus. The dedicated workspace in the living room suited my needs perfectly. I liked the minikitchen. It was very practical.
The noise insulation from the street was a problem. I could clearly hear street noise late into the night, impacting sleep quality. This was especially noticeable because my stay was on a saturday night.

room cleanliness ventilator idea breakfast value room refurbishment poor decor tired room
the room was very clean and ready for us upon arrival i thought having ventilators was a good idea breakfast at the hotel was very good value for money i was grateful for the good service.
my room this time needed refurbishment it should have been discounted as there was a leak at some point i found the decor poor the room was very tired it was not as good as my previous visit.

Acceptable stay near the centre
friendly staff separate bedroom equipped kitchen single glazed window poor soundproofing late night noise
I found the staff to be friendly. My room included a separate bedroom. The kitchen had all that was needed.
The windows were not double glazed. This meant the room wasn't sound proofed. I could hear music until late.

adequate but noisy
disruptive atmosphere early trucks
the staff was friendly and the apartment was spacious, offering ample room to relax after a day of exploring.
unfortunately, sleep proved elusive. the noise from nearby bars persisted until the early hours. loud music and shouting created a disruptive atmosphere. the bottle collection trucks arrived early in the morning. (i really needed a good night's rest!)
