The air conditioning in the room worked very well and was easy to control. The hotel's location is convenient for reaching the train station and city center on foot. The staff members were helpful and cute to all guests. The facilities were perfectly clean and well-kept .
The room lacked a bit of space for luggage storage.

The location was good and the staff were lovely.
The lift was out of order. I wasn't informed of this beforehand. I am disabled and had heavy luggage, so this was REALLY annoying. I would have changed hotels had I known.

The room was cramped, almost claustrophobic. there was hardly any space to move around, and storing luggage was a real challenge. the bathroom was like an afterthought. It was so tiny it was difficult to even turn around. i also found the lack of storage, like shelves or a small cabinet, quite frustrating. it made keeping my belongings organized nearly impossible.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. Its central location made it easy to access food and shops nearby. I appreciated the proximity to a car park as well.
The absence of bedside lights was inconvenient for me. Light switches were far from the bed. I had to navigate in complete darkness, challenging.
