The reception staff was very helpful! the location was good, it was very clean. the room was perfect for a short stay for a couple. The shower was good.

The air conditioning in the room worked very well and was easy to control. The hotel's location is convenient for reaching the train station and city center on foot. The staff members were helpful and cute to all guests. The facilities were perfectly clean and well-kept .
The room lacked a bit of space for luggage storage.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. Staff assisted with providing extra pillows promptly when requested. They were available 24 hours for any assistance guests needed.

The hotel has a very good location very close to the city centre. The building is located within walking distance of several stations. There were markets and restaurants located nearby for convenience.

The location was good and the staff were lovely.
The lift was out of order. I wasn't informed of this beforehand. I am disabled and had heavy luggage, so this was REALLY annoying. I would have changed hotels had I known.

basic stay with significant drawbacks
cramped room insufficient storage
The room was cramped, almost claustrophobic. there was hardly any space to move around, and storing luggage was a real challenge. the bathroom was like an afterthought. It was so tiny it was difficult to even turn around. i also found the lack of storage, like shelves or a small cabinet, quite frustrating. it made keeping my belongings organized nearly impossible.

The location was prime. I found it easy to get around. the room was super clean and well-kept. the staff were helpful and always available, so i appreciated that a lot.
the room was very small, i barely had space for my luggage.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. Its central location made it easy to access food and shops nearby. I appreciated the proximity to a car park as well.
The absence of bedside lights was inconvenient for me. Light switches were far from the bed. I had to navigate in complete darkness, challenging.
