underwhelming experience and room issues

small room noisy room
The room felt smaller than expected. It was more like a box. I found little space for luggage. A CONSTANT noise from the trams outside disrupted sleep. I also noticed the smart tv didn't work, disappointing.

delicious choices super clean room early check ideal location
The breakfast had delicious choices and was well presented. The staff checked me in early, which I appreciated greatly. My room was super clean and well-equipped. I could not find any faults. The location on Princes Street was ideal. It made exploring the area very convenient.
The wardrobe in my city view room was small, making it difficult to store my clothes.

small entrance reluctant receptionist
the bar prices were reasonable and had a good vibe.
the entrance is small. i took a lift to reception. the hotel seemed like an old house with many stairs and i found that walking was needed to reach my room! the receptionist seemed reluctant about the checkout time too. i thought it was quite annoying.

central location friendly staff poor signal terrible wifi
I appreciated the central location. It allowed very easy access to many attractions. the staff was friendly. they were also helpful covering our questions related to ground transportation.
The tv didn't work in my room. It consistently showed a poor signal. the wifi signal was also terrible. It was always dropping out and very poor.

airy room lovely bathroom
My room featured three windows facing Princes Street! Check-in staff stored my luggage upon my early arrival. My room was large and airy. it had a lovely bathroom that felt very clean.
The air freshener in the reception area was a bit strong.
