The staff were helpful and polite .
The bathroom was not as good as I expected. The toilet and shower area could use improvements. More information about transportation and parking options on the website would have been helpful too. I found this quite frustrating.

The location was central, placing me close to many attractions. The room included capsule coffee, replenished daily, a nice touch. Breakfast featured a good selection. I appreciated this.
Access by car was difficult, even just for drop-off.
